Sterka considers resolving conflicts within the team more important than the tests being conducted and is prone to dialogue with the opposing team. She does not consider any of the other Objects to be her enemies, readily communicates with Knife, and is friends with him. She does not involve herself in conflicts and usually stays on the sidelines, even when they are inevitable, but at the same time, she is ready to express her dissatisfaction. She is a realist, prefers to speak only to the point, and sometimes uses foul language freely, which Zamazych does not like.
