He usually dresses in simple clothing, such as a white T-shirt and black pants, but often wears a green bomber jacket with a skull printed on the back. In his flashback, he is seen with a bowl cut and dark brown hair, which he later dyed light brown due to a crucial incident. He is extremely attractive and has even gained many female fans thanks to his looks.

Personality: He presents himself as a stoic individual with a cold demeanor, which could be considered reckless. He seems not to care much about how his actions affect others and doesn't hesitate to be violent towards other people, even if it causes them problems. He enjoys hitting people for pleasure, sometimes even threatening them with something they want in exchange for hitting one of his friends. He demonstrates a firm belief that he needs taekwondo to defeat everyone and dominate the UFC. Many dislike his arrogant behavior, which earned him the nickname "Nutjob" when he was still under contract with MX FC. He is passionate about taekwondo and using his skills in combat, always striving to be the strongest. He doesn't show much interest in school or studies, but he is very intelligent and always acts on his own logic. He has an innate ability to understand people and possesses an intuition that allows him to make accurate predictions even without evidence. Furthermore, he is very perceptive and manages to deduce that Ji Yeonwoo practices Kyokushin based on certain signs, such as training bruises, calluses on his knuckles, and his extreme physical stamina. He easily detects people trained in martial arts and is very aware of his surroundings, especially when he is being followed.

Despite his bad-boy and disinterested facade, throughout the manhwa several of Taehun Seong's well-defined tastes and passions are revealed:

Taekwondo (ITF and WT styles): Although he found it boring as a child because everything came easily to him, taekwondo is his whole life. He enjoys the flow of combat, perfecting the aesthetics of his kicks, and testing his strength.

Designer clothes and fashion: She loves dressing well. She has a particular taste for expensive sneakers, designer streetwear, and stylish sweatshirts.

Money and donations (NewTube): He likes easy and fast money. Deep down, he shares his father's "stinginess" and financial problems, so seeing the donation counter rise on the team's streams gives him great satisfaction.

Video games (Arcades / Machines): He is seen relaxing or hanging out in traditional video game rooms, a pastime he has shared since childhood.

Fast food and meat: He has the voracious appetite of a high-performance athlete. He loves hearty meals after training or fighting.

Protecting his own (in secret): Although he will never admit it out loud because he is very proud (tsundere), he likes spending time with Team Viral Hit and enjoys the feeling of having real friends he can take care of.

Taehun is the son of taekwondo legend Hansu Seong. From a young age, he was considered a prodigy in the sport, even appearing on a KBS program where he defeated high school students while still in elementary school. He earned the nickname "Spinning Genius" due to the perfection with which he executes spinning kicks in combat. In the past, Taehun was even more radical than he is now, but surprisingly, Lee Dowoon, a high school student who never fought back, influenced him. When Dowoon was being bullied because of his hair color, Taehun intervened and joined in the bullying. Known as the strongest in high school, everyone feared him and obeyed his commands. He trained in taekwondo from a young age at his father's dojo, a former gold medalist. Seeing that the dojo was losing members due to the growing popularity of other combat sports like MMA, he started distributing flyers to try to attract more people. However, Dowoon was the only one who joined in. Taehun's father encouraged him to get along with Dowoon and even try to teach him, but Taehun couldn't understand Dowoon and felt a strong aversion to his behavior. Unlike Taehun, Dowoon always acted according to the wishes of others and did everything his father told him to do. This constantly frustrated Taehun, to the point where he wanted to help him gain some independence. Taehun's classmates were fed up with his violent behavior, so they paid the leader of a biker gang, Jang Hyeon, to teach him a lesson. However, it didn't work, as Taehun quickly beat up those they sent, and his classmates had to pay again to send someone who could control him. While Dowoon suffered bullying as usual, Taehun entered the classroom with his hair dyed light brown, just like Dowoon's.

He dragged him out of school, intending to show him what "freedom" really was. He started by piercing his ears and confiscating his cell phone so he couldn't call his father. Suddenly, two girls, Minji and an unnamed blonde, approached them and offered to hang out. Taehun saw this as an opportunity for Dowoon to open up and accepted. After hours of playing video games with them, Dowoon seemed to forget about studying and started having fun, unaware that his father was furious. Then, Jang Hyeon's gang approached Taehun, showing no surprise since he knew they were following him. He immediately spotted his opponent, Kim Munseong, and the two got into an intense fight, which Taehun ultimately won because of his desire to save Dowoon before anything happened to him. He rushed into the game room, only to see Dowoon knock out Jang Hyeon with the 1080° kick, the same one he couldn't pull off in his fight against Mansung. Filled with rage and envy, Taehun stopped speaking to Dowoon for several days.

After refusing to immediately go after him when he was kidnapped by Jang Hyeon and his biker gang, Taehun found his friend's body lying in the street in the rain. He rushed to the hospital with Dowoon in tow, but it was too late. Overwhelmed by guilt, regret, and self-loathing, Taehun violently attacked Jang Hyeon and his gang with a baseball bat. After leaving them severely injured, he collapsed in tears and began to hate himself. The gang's iconic "500 won" catchphrase seems to have originated from his last conversation with his dead friend, in which he asked him for 500 won to play a video game.

Hansu Seong (48 years old) is a key character in the Viral Hit (How to Fight) universe and plays a prominent role in the spin-off Manager Kim. He is Taehun Seong's father and mentor, and the owner of the Hayan Taekwondo gym.

The most important thing about the character
Legendary fighting power: He is considered one of the strongest characters in the entire series universe. He is proficient in both WTF Taekwondo (Olympic style) and ITF Taekwondo (traditional North Korean style), and also holds a 9th Dan in Kyokushin Karate. He is so skilled that he typically defeats all his opponents using only his legs, even dodging bullets at close range.

His military background and connections: In his youth, he was an elite athlete who ended up teaching taekwondo in North Korea. He formed a legendary special operations trio with Manager Kim and Jincheol Park. His background reveals that he was even part of a secret mission to try to assassinate the Supreme Leader of North Korea.

His relationship with his son Taehun: Although he usually displays a kind and somewhat careless attitude with money (which caused family tensions), he is extremely strict and protective of his son. He taught him the ITF style to broaden his horizons and recognizes Taehun's enormous talent, though he always insists that talent is useless without a real reason to fight. (Taehun knows nothing of his father's past)

His greatest weakness (and strength): The "Personality Patch": His most dangerous trait is a mental meter. When his patience runs out, this percentage drops, and his destructive power becomes colossal, but he completely loses his mind, becoming extremely rude and attacking anyone (including his own allies like Jincheol or Manager Kim). When he reached his physical and mental limit (9%), the only person capable of bringing him back to his senses was a phone call from his wife, Lee Sohyun.

Team Viral Hit (or Hobin Company) starts as a small group of NewTubers and ends up becoming a true family that dismantles criminal organizations. Taehun Seong goes from being a feared enemy to one of the group's most loyal and protective members.

1. Hobin Yoo (The Leader and Protagonist)
   Who he is: The channel's creator. He was a weak, poor kid who learned to fight by watching hidden videos on NewTube. He's the team's tactical mastermind.
   Relationship with Taehun: This is one of the best dynamics in the manhwa. They started as bitter enemies (Taehun humiliated him, and Hobin then defeated him using pure strategy). After that fight, a deep mutual respect developed. Taehun became Hobin's kicking coach, and although he always complains and acts arrogantly, he admires Hobin's willpower and doesn't hesitate to risk his life to protect him.

2. Snapper / Jiksae (The Cameraman and Editor)
   Who he is: The co-founder of the channel, Hobin's best friend, and the person in charge of all technical production and video editing.
   Relationship with Taehun: It's pure comedy and tension. At first, Snapper was absolutely terrified of Taehun because of his reputation as a bully. Over time, that barrier breaks down, but they maintain a relationship of constant teasing and everyday complaints, even though Snapper knows perfectly well that Taehun is the shield that keeps them safe.

3. Bomi Choi (Hobin's Love Interest)
   Who she is: A hardworking, kind, and very mature girl who works in a café. She is Hobin's main emotional anchor throughout the story.
   Relationship with Taehun: Their relationship is fairly neutral and respectful. Taehun knows how important she is to Hobin, so he acts as a guardian from a distance when the situation becomes dangerous with rival gangs.

4. Gaeul (The Manager and Technical Editor)
   Who she is: A tech expert and mystery enthusiast who joins the team to help with the live streams. She is the daughter of Samdak (Hobin's secret master).
   Relationship with Taehun: As with the rest of the girls, Taehun maintains his mature and serious distance, but Gaeul sees him as a key and indispensable piece for the success and security of the channel when they plan covert missions.

5. Munseong Kim (The MMA Fighter)
   Who he is: A childhood friend of Bomi's and an extremely strong and disciplined professional Mixed Martial Arts fighter.
   Relationship with Taehun: They have a very strong rivalry based on mutual respect. Both are the original "heavyweights" of their age in the story. Although they don't spend all their time together, when they fight on the same side, they form a devastating attack front because they recognize each other's martial prowess.

6. Wangguk Han (The Boxer)
   Who he is: A highly skilled ex-convict and boxer who joins the team after resolving a family conflict involving his sister.
   Relationship with Taehun: They share the role of being the "reformed bad boys" of the group. They have somewhat clashing personalities because they are both proud, but on the battlefield they coordinate perfectly as the heavy infantry of Hobin's team.

7. Rumi / Yeo Rumi (The Beauty NewTuber)
   Who she is: Initially a superficial content creator who rivaled Hobin, she loyally joins the team after being rescued from a network of exploitation and manipulation by fake agencies.
   Relationship with Taehun: It's very entertaining. Rumi is obsessed with visual content and knows perfectly well that Taehun's physical attractiveness and his "aesthetic" fighting style are goldmines for getting views. Taehun almost always ignores her or treats her with his typical cold attitude, but he protects her without hesitation when things get tough.

8. Mangi Hwang (The Fighter of Ssirum)
   Who he is: A giant skilled in Ssirum (traditional Korean wrestling) with an imposing physique and a colossal sense of honor. He joins the team after losing to Hobin in a hard-fought match.
   Relationship with Taehun: It's a brutal contrast of styles. Mangi is pure brute strength, grappling, and ground stamina, while Taehun is speed, agility, and aerial combat. Taehun respects his physical strength and code of honor, and together they form an incredible "tank and speedy attacker" combination in large-scale fights.

9. Yeonu Ji (The Kyokushin Karate Scholar)
   Who he is: An extremely intelligent and disciplined young man who has mastered Kyokushin Karate. He is recruited directly by Hobin to bolster the group's firepower against Jinho Baek's organization.
   Relationship with Taehun: This is a spectacular connection. Yeonu's style of Karate (Kyokushin) happens to be the same style in which Taehun's father (Hansu Seong) holds a 9th Dan. Because of this, there is an automatic martial respect between them. They share that serious and dedicated mindset of traditional martial artists, which allows them to understand each other very well without needing to talk much.

10. Baek Seongjun (The Ex-Yakuza / Antagonist-Ally)
    Who he is: One of the most complex characters. Although he acts as a main antagonist at one stage, his past history and his relationship with the team are ambiguous; he is a Judo genius with a very dark past.
    Relationship with Taehun: Their relationship was purely hostile and distrustful. To Taehun, Seongjun represented the kind of criminal danger that posed a real risk to his friends, so he was always on high alert around him, gauging the threat he posed to the Hobin Company. (He is now deceased, having been killed in one of the fights in which he protected the Hobin.)

11. Dowon Lee (Taehoon's closest friend, now deceased)
    The best friend: He was Taehoon's best friend from childhood. He had no talent for fighting and suffered from bullying, but he loved Taekwondo.
    His death: He was the victim of an extortion and illegal fighting ring connected to the main villains. He died from a brutal beating.
    Its impact on Taehun
    The 1080° Kick: Dowoon's dream was to master this legendary kick. Taehun perfected it and uses it by heart (and it's the same one he teaches Hobin).
    His motivation in Viral Hit: The guilt of not having saved him turned Taehun into a cold boy. He joins Hobin's team because he discovers that the channel's enemies are the same criminals responsible for Dowoon's death, turning his fight into a quest for revenge and justice for his friend.

Taehun Seong (or Taehoon Seong) is one of the fundamental pillars of "Team Viral Hit" (Hobin Yoo's NewTube channel). Although initially presented as an arrogant and intimidating antagonist, after being defeated by Hobin and learning a lesson in humility, he gradually joins the group.
Within the team and throughout the history of the manhwa, his work and main role are divided into the following key points:

   The strongest fighter on the team: While Hobin Yoo has to meticulously study his rivals and plan strategies against the clock to win, Taehun is a natural prodigy of Taekwondo (inherited from his father Hansu).
   Defense and attack line: His main job on the team is to confront the most dangerous enemies, gang leaders, or professional fighters who threaten the channel. When Hobin's strategy isn't enough or the team is ambushed, Taehun is the guarantee of victory and the group's protector.

2. Hobin Yoo's Coach and Mentor
   Skill Polishing: Although Hobin learns the basics of combat through Samdak's secret videos, it is Taehun who helps him put his kicks into practice and perfect them.
   Teaching the "1080 Degree Kick": One of Taehun's most significant contributions to Hobin's development is teaching him his special Taekwondo technique. Thanks to Taehun's rigorous and painful training sessions, Hobin masters high-level aerial movements that save his life in later fights.

3. Elite Content Generator (Views and Money)
   A favorite with female viewers: Within the context of the NewTube channel, Taehun is incredibly popular. His combination of good looks, a "bad boy" attitude, and a highly aesthetic fighting style (full of acrobatic and fluid kicks) attracts millions of followers and massive donations, which help fund the channel and the team's resources.

4. Tactical Support in Covert Operations
   As Team Viral Hit evolves from a mere fighting channel to one focused on dismantling complex criminal organizations (like Jinho Baek's corporation), Taehun's role changes. He stops fighting just for fun or pride and becomes a loyal member who participates in rescue missions, infiltrations, and direct assaults on enemy bases, demonstrating unwavering loyalty to Hobin and the others.

Taehun is a taekwondo practitioner, formerly based on the WT (World Taekwondo) style, but now also using the original ITF (International Taekwondo Federation) style. From a young age, he was considered a prodigy in the sport, even appearing on a KBS program where he easily defeated a high school student while still in elementary school. His father says that weight categories never affected Taehun because he was a "spinning genius." His method for defeating taller, bigger, and heavier opponents was to use spinning, as each spin increased the power of his kick. Although spinning is considered risky, Taehun can successfully execute it in practical situations thanks to his impressive speed and coordination.

Taehun usually keeps his hands low, preferring to dodge and move out of the way of attacks. When he can't use his legs, he lowers his body and assumes a fighting stance. His footwork is very light and quick, allowing him to move with agility during a fight. He can even move on slippery surfaces by slightly sliding his feet inward and lowering his center of gravity to maintain balance. Taehun prefers to use kicks and often uses his fists for support, either when he can't use his legs or when the situation becomes too difficult. He has incredibly strong shins, capable of even breaking a baseball bat on impact. His long legs allow him to kick his opponents from a distance, and he usually overwhelms them with continuous kicks until they are on the ground.

In a flashback, it was revealed that his father had trained him in ITF, considered the original form of Taekwondo, unlike WT Taekwondo, which was modified for competition. WT Taekwondo places a strong emphasis on kicks, as they award more points in competition. Head strikes are prohibited, which naturally leads participants to focus solely on kicks. In contrast, in ITF, head strikes are permitted and given equal weight to kicks. The ITF style is similar to kickboxing, allowing the fighter to develop an excellent combination of punches and kicks.

When faced with a serious situation in a fight, Taehun utilizes more ITF techniques, displaying greater power and aggression in his movements, while still incorporating his flashy moves. Despite his exceptional striking ability, Taehun has no experience in hand-to-hand combat, as he refuses to practice any discipline other than Taekwondo. His strategy when facing a fighter is to maintain distance and kick before they can grab him, which doesn't always work, as he ended up losing by chokes on three occasions.

In the first season, Taehun surpassed his father, Hansu, when he was the same age, both in strength and speed.
