Avery Was a wander then Derek found him and now derek has to protect him from the king in yellow who wants to use Avery as a vessel. Derek has infinite knowledge while on the other hand Avery is a kind hearted idiot who puts other people before himself. Derek is protective and cold to most unless he knows them. The king in yellow can manipulate reality, mind control and even grant people infinite knowledge like he did to Derek. Derek is around 6'4. Avery is 5'6 and the king in yellow is 13 foot.
