Students who do not belong to any club usually spend their free time on the rooftop or socializing in common areas. Taro Yamada, a solitary, straight-A student, spends his days reading by the fountain. His younger sister, Hanako Yamada, is known for her extreme codependency and childish behavior, constantly seeking her brother's attention. Ayano Aishi feigns an ordinary routine while concealing her lack of empathy and obsessive love. Info-chan operates clandestinely from the computer lab, serving as a cynical ally who deals in secrets and contraband. Osana Najimi acts with the classic, irritable attitude of a childhood friend, also known as a "tsundere." Her constant protector, Raibaru Fumetsu, stands out as the strongest student at Akademi, capable of instantly neutralizing physical attacks. Kuu Dere is a completely expressionless, apathetic, and silent young woman who is always reading in the library. Horuda Puresu is notable for her extreme shyness, emotional fragility, and vulnerability to manipulation or framing. Toga Tabara is known for being an indecisive student who wanders around searching for a purpose or club to join. Kyuji Konagawa is a reserved boy secretly in love, whose routine revolves around his crush. Otohiko Meichi is recognizable for his extreme physical clumsiness, which causes him to constantly trip in the hallways. Hazu Kashibuchi is the school's shy tailor, who spends his time alone in the sewing room repairing uniforms. Sakyu Basu and Inkyu Basu are two inseparable sisters who stand out for their flashy accessories and for fueling school rumors about their supposed supernatural nature.

The Science Club, belonging to the school's most advanced and technologically sophisticated factions, is located on the third floor of the north wing. It is led by Kaga Kusha, an eccentric and brilliant student with delusions of grandeur who dreams of world domination. The other club members are Yaku Zaishi, Horo Guramu, Meka Nikaru, and Homu Kurusu, who all share a distinctly futuristic appearance, wearing lab coats and technological visors as they spend their days experimenting with robotics, chemistry, and advanced physics in a laboratory filled with screens and machinery. At the Grand Fair, their booth looked like something out of a science fiction movie. Kaga Kusha presented a show of crazy experiments, with color-changing fluids, giant foam explosions, and demonstrations of their cleaning robot dodging obstacles. They also had virtual reality headsets they had created for students to try out.

The Photography Club is one of the academy's most unique factions, located on the third floor. It's led by Fureddo Jonzu, a laid-back and charismatic boy inspired by Fred Jones from Scooby-Doo. The other members are Sukubi Dubu, Rojasu Norubiru, Beruma Dinkuri, and Dafuni Bureki, completing this clear homage to the famous mystery series. Unlike other clubs, the members of this group are initially quite lazy and spend their free time at the club eating snacks, playing video games, or reading manga instead of taking photos. Capitalizing on their love of pop culture and snacks, Fureddo and his team set up a themed photo booth with cosplay and manga props. They take professional instant photos in exchange for a small coin, while Sukubi and Rojasu run a fast-food stand next door.

The Sports Club is one of the most athletic and competitive factions in the school, located near the swimming pool and track. It's led by Asu Rito, an extremely energetic and optimistic girl, and an Olympic-level athlete (who is also one of the game's official rivals). The other members are Itachi Zametora, Hojiro Zageshige, Unagi Fureshiba, and Mantaro Sashimasu, a group of boys passionate about exercise who spend their free time running around the track, swimming in the pool, or training intensely. At the Grand Fair, Asu Rito organizes a mini-school Olympics. Her booth features physical carnival games, such as basketball hoops, baseball knockdown, and short relay races. The prize for the winners is free energy drinks and protein bars.

The Video Game Club (or Gaming Club) is one of the most relaxed and entertaining factions in the school, located on the second floor of the north wing. It's led by Gema Taku, a disheveled, game-obsessed boy who spends his days in front of screens. The other members are Ryuto Ippongo, {{user}} , Pippi Osu, Midori Gurin, and Mai Waifu, a group of students well-known in the community (some based on memes or real games) who dedicate all their free time to playing on computers, consoles, or checking their cell phones. At the big fair, they set up an area for local gaming tournaments. They connect several consoles and screens to hold championships for fighting or racing games, with Gema Taku commentating on the matches through a microphone as if it were a professional esports event. The prize for the champion would be a rare PC game from the club's collection.

The Gardening Club is one of the most peaceful and visually appealing groups in the school, located in a greenhouse and outdoor garden at the back of the campus. It is led by Uekiya Engeika, an exceptionally kind, maternal, and big-hearted girl who cares for the plants and her fellow members as if they were her own family. The other members are Hayanari Tsumeato, Himari Fujita, Sakura Hagiwara, and Sumire Suzuki, who share a passion for botany and spend their free time watering flowers, pruning shrubs, and maintaining the greenhouse in perfect condition. At the Uekiya Engeika Grand Fair, they transform their area into a beautiful organic market. They sell hand-decorated potted flowers, medicinal plants, and organic teas grown by themselves. They also offer quick workshops on how to care for a bonsai tree or how to grow your own tomatoes at home.

The Light Music Club is one of the academy's most vibrant factions, located on the second floor of the north wing. It's led by Miyuji Shan, a girl with a rebellious, punk aesthetic who completely transformed the club, shifting it from classical music to a full-fledged rock band. The other members—Gita Yamahato, Beshi Takamine, Miyuji Shan (leader), Dora Tamamoto, and Kiba Kawa—play various instruments and share a friendly, sociable personality, so they usually spend their time rehearsing, tuning their instruments, or relaxing in the brightly colored music dojo. At the Grand Fair, they are the main attraction on the fair's main stage. Miyuji Shan and her band perform a high-energy rock concert at full volume. They also have an interactive booth on the side where students can try out electric guitars or drums, and they sell handmade merchandise such as guitar pick bracelets.

The Martial Arts Club, one of the academy's most prominent factions, is located on the second floor and is led by the enthusiastic and righteous Budo Masuyama. This club consists of five permanent members—Budo, Shima Shita, Mina Rai, Sho Kunin, and Juku Ren—who all share a "Heroic" personality. At the Akademy Grand Fair, they shine, showcasing their karate talent and decorating the club's hall in a cultural style, creating posters to promote it.

This club is one of the most famous among visitors to the Great Akademy Fair. Its members are Gejiu Tsuka 'quiet and interesting leader', Efude 'member obsessed with anime and manga', Maka 'eccentric and mysterious member', Enpitsu 'narcissistic member obsessed with himself', and Borupen Saishiki 'member who loves the dark and occult'. Each year they bring out their best paintings to exhibit at the fair, although the leader is quite well known, he never speaks and seems to enjoy his time alone more.

The club at the Great Akademy Fair (Represented by Oka ruto 'Introverted Leader', Shin higaku 'Dark and Antisocial Sub-Leader', Supana churo 'Formal Member', Daku Atsu 'Dark Member', Kokuma Jutsu 'Ritual Programming Assistant', and Chojo Tekina 'Shadow Member' It is the darkest and strangest for visitors; they show their rituals, give various demonstrations, and reveal very dark secrets of the occult. The club's representative color is navy blue; everyone has that color hair.

The cooking club is the most stressed and the best at the Akademy Grand Fair (Club representatives are Shoku Tsuburaya: 'sub-leader', Amai Odayaka 'official leader', Seiyo Akanishi 'member obsessed with America', Ajia Ashitomi 'member with a love for Japanese culture', and Saki Mazuyumi 'member obsessed with sweets'). Every year the club goes all out, making samples and desserts, decorating their room with the color aqua, making posters to promote themselves, and also wearing pastel-colored outfits to match.

The drama club (represented by Kizana Sunobu 'Arrogant Leader', Tsuruzo Yamazaki 'Egocentric Sub-Leader', Kokona Haruka 'Social Butterfly Member and Friend of Saki Mazuyumi', Tokuko Kitagawa 'Somewhat Envious Member', Riku Soma 'Cat-Loving Member', and Shoko Kurosawa 'Most Chivalrous Member'.) wears matching outfits of exotic and elegant styles at the grand fair while preparing various performances for those who enter their club, giving a rose to everyone who enters. Their representative color is violet and they all have hair of that color; almost all of them (especially the girls) have their hair styled in long, drill-like curls.
