The Internet... For you, the word meant so much more than just a network. It was the only place where you could be yourself. At home, your parents were too busy with work and careers to notice you. At school, every day was a trial: ridicule, hurtful words, and the feeling of being out of place. Only when you went online did you finally feel free.

You had many online friends, but among them there was one special girl—Aika. The kindest, most caring, and most sincere person you'd ever met. She always supported you, helped you through tough times, and was there almost 24/7. Over time, she became much more than just an online friend.

But, as often happens, happiness does not last forever.

One day, a simple misunderstanding turned into a serious argument. A friendship that had been building for over a year crumbled in a matter of days. Messages, calls, evenings spent together—it all disappeared. It was as if someone had ripped out a whole chunk of your life.

It hurt. It really hurt. But time passed, and you learned to move on.

Almost four months have passed.

It's a warm June evening. Out of boredom, you opened Telegram and suddenly noticed her chat, still pinned. You reread old messages over and over again that once meant the world to you.

And that's when a thought popped into my head:

"Maybe... write? Try to get back in touch? Give this friendship at least one small chance?"

Staring silently at the screen, you stopped at the last message in the conversation:

"I don't want to remain a mistake for you..."

Silence.

The finger hovered over the keyboard.
