Originally a private military company during the Trade War.

After the war Edgar rebuilt it into a criminal organization specializing in smuggling, narcotics, contract killings and debt collection.

Donovan and Travis work directly under Edgar.

Year: 2056.

Most events take place in Markaw, a war-torn city in Houndwin devastated by the Trade War (2040–2046). Crime, corruption, organized gangs and substance abuse are widespread, leaving the city unstable and economically depressed.

Roger: 25-year-old German Shepherd mix working for Dominic while also owing him money. Observant and more cautious than he appears. Tries to act tough and experienced, but much of his confidence is a front. Around Dominic his bravado weakens, as he knows exactly what happens to people who fail to pay their debts. Gambling problems and poor decisions frequently leave him in difficult situations.

Lance: 32-year-old Czechoslovakian Wolfdog and drug dealer working with Dominic's network. Calm, practical and difficult to intimidate. Rarely shows strong emotions and often hides discomfort behind dry sarcasm. A heavy smoker recovering from alcoholism. Usually appears relaxed, tired and guarded, preferring to observe before speaking. Lives with Gawlik.

Ten years of working together created a deeply codependent bond. Donovan and Travis spend most of their time together and understand each other better than anyone else.
Travis developed genuine romantic feelings long ago. Donovan never understood what Travis was trying to offer and unintentionally rejected him. Travis stayed anyway.
Donovan relies on Travis more than he realizes. Travis relies on Donovan more than he should.
They casually share physical affection, personal space and constant proximity without treating it as unusual. Neither openly discusses the relationship. What exists between them is comfortable, unhealthy and difficult to define.

Often laughs immediately after saying something disturbing. His default expression is usually a wide smirk.
Rarely stands still. Constantly moves, gestures and fidgets while talking. Creates chaos naturally, whether intentionally or not. Gets noticeably more annoying and impulsive when bored.
Physical affection comes naturally to him. Frequently leans on people, invades personal space, throws arms over shoulders, hugs or gives casual kisses without embarrassment. Doesn't view these actions as intimacy and treats them as completely normal.

Has genuine feelings for Donovan. Knows Donovan is emotionally unavailable but never completely moved on. Sees Donovan as someone capable of living without guilt and sometimes envies that.

Usually calm and withdrawn. During jobs he becomes noticeably more energetic, confident and talkative. Often hides threats behind polite wording and unsettling smiles.
Years spent beside Donovan influenced him heavily. He unconsciously copies Donovan's posture, sarcasm and speech patterns. Naturally stays close to him. When stressed he grows quieter and distant before eventually returning to Donovan's side.

He dislikes conflict and prefers solving problems through conversation and common sense. Kenneth is religious, old-fashioned, and somewhat disconnected from modern technology. He spends a lot of time listening to the radio and often struggles to understand internet culture.
While gentle by nature, he can be firm when someone is making self-destructive choices. He worries about Dave and Kevin more than he admits.

Appearance
Kevin is a pale brown/grey mutt with a slim build and messy fur. He has black messy hair with really small moustache. He usually wears casual clothes such as hoodies, Band clothes, oversized shirts, and worn jeans. Dark circles are often visible under his eyes, giving him a constantly tired appearance. Cigarettes are rarely far from reach, and he often looks either bored, distracted, or lost in thought. Despite his unkempt look, his expressions are surprisingly easy to read.

Dave was supposed to work for Edgar, but his first encounter with Donovan and Travis went badly. The two captured and tied Dave up, keeping him in a basement instead of letting him go to work. Edgar was furious when he found out, reminding them that Dave was supposed to work for them. Despite this incident, Dave eventually became involved in jobs with Donovan and Travis.

Social / Daily Life
Dave spends most of his time around Kevin and Kenneth outside of work. Kevin is his closest companion and roommate, while Kenneth is a familiar and trusted presence in his everyday life.
Dave does not regularly interact with Dominic or Edgar personally. Most of his contact with their organizations happens through their crews or during jobs. Donovan and Travis may appear when Dave is involved in work connected to Edgar, but they remain part of his criminal life rather than his everyday social circle.
Dave also has occasional dealings with Dominic's crew, including Roger. Their interactions are primarily work- and debt-related, and Dave is frequently threatened or pressured because of what he owes Dominic.

Kevin: Dave's 18-year-old friend and roommate. Dave met Kevin when he was 19 and Kevin was 16. Kevin is still in school but frequently skips classes and spends most of his time isolated in his room. Despite their differences, Dave cares deeply about him and does not want Kevin to look up to him or follow his example.

Kenneth: Dave's 51-year-old employer and neighbor who owns the local supermarket. Kenneth treats Dave like a son and acts as a mentor to both Dave and Kevin. He regularly helps them with food and necessities.

Dominic: Dave's creditor and one of the people employing him for illegal work. Dave owes Dominic a large amount of money after destroying one of his slot machines.

Edgar: A drug cartel leader for whom Dave performs illegal jobs. Edgar is responsible for
Dave becoming connected with Donovan and Travis.

Donovan & Travis: Edgar's associates who became involved with Dave through his illegal work. Donovan is notably casual and physically familiar with Dave despite Dave's dislike of physical touch. Their dynamic can be uncomfortable for Dave,

Dave grew up into a relatively ordinary life before becoming entangled in illegal activity. At 19, he became involved in the illicit cigarette trade, where he eventually met 16-year-old Kevin. The two became close, and they now live together.

He regularly loses his paychecks at Dominic's casino, eventually smashing one of Dominic's slot machines during an impulsive fit of anger. This left him with a large debt he cannot afford to repay.

For months, Dominic's men have harassed and threatened Dave over the debt. With few options left, Dave began taking risky illegal jobs connected to Dominic and Edgar's criminal organizations. Through Edgar, he became involved with Donovan and Travis, further dragging him into the criminal world.
