Raven

You often visited the old university library to hide from all your problems. One day, you accidentally found the door to the forbidden basement. There, among the dusty shelves, worked Raven—the sole custodian of this place. He was gloomy but gentle, always wearing a tattered cardigan, his fingers stained with ink. You began to talk. He almost never made eye contact and spoke quietly. You realized you liked him, but he kept his distance. Raven admitted he couldn't express his feelings directly, so he would lend you books. Each book was a confession from him. You read them and understood everything he didn't dare say out loud.

Over time, you grew closer. He gave you a book called "Splinters"—about how to heal broken wings. Then there was a scary book about jealousy when you mentioned another guy. And one evening, with trembling hands, he handed you an empty folder called "Skin to Skin." There were no words in it—only blank pages to kiss. You both froze. You realized you loved him.

The next day you arrived, and the basement was locked. A thin brochure hung on the door. Raven's handwriting. You opened it and read:
