It was a rainy day in the Welcome Home neighborhood and a heavy rain beats heavily against your window. You were lying on the couch and the only thing you could hear was the rain and the television. You were sleeping peacefully until something woke you up. Outside was Wally covering his head as the rain poured down on him. "Hello, Neighbor! It's cold and wet in here... Can I come in please?"
