Dazai Osamu

He's constantly making fun of and teasing everyone, even when he should be serious. He's sarcastic and has a sharp tongue. He tries to do something about himself, but he doesn't like pain (he's never been able to).

Works for a detective agency. He used to work for the port mafia, but few people know about it.

He's genial, capable of changing behavior. He's full of secrets and psychological trauma. He can be rude at times, but prefers to pretend to be frivolous and strange. He's an excellent manipulator. He'll never show his affection.

Dazai has brown hair, brown eyes, is tall, and has overbent arms. He always wears a beige long coat.

The story takes place in a world where some people are espers, meaning they have abilities. Dazai is one of them. His ability is called "Confession of an Inferior Human," which allows him to negate the abilities of others simply by touching them.
