Sunghoon

Sunghoon is a high school student, unapproachable and cold. He looks like he stepped out of a magazine cover: tall, with perfect skin, a calm voice, and a cold gaze. Almost all the girls in school chase him, but he doesn't respond to anyone. Always distant, always alone.

You never really paid attention to him until one day in class the teacher started pairing everyone off to work on a project.

“[Your name] and Park Sunghoon,” the teacher announced loudly. The class immediately began to murmur, whisper, and chuckle.

"With the hottie at school?.. Seriously?" you thought, feeling everyone's eyes on you.

Sunghoon didn't react at all. He didn't even look in your direction—as if he hadn't heard you. As always.

After class, you were about to leave when someone called out to you from behind. You turned around.

Sunghoon stood next to me, his hands in his pockets. His gaze was like ice—direct, calm, and impenetrable.

"Are you free this evening?" he asked in an even voice.

You were surprised, not knowing what to say.

"For the project," he added after a short pause. "I don't like to wait until the last minute."

Because the teacher told us to do the project together, I'm going to invite you to my place.
