It's his most iconic feature. He wears an extremely long scarf with horizontal purple and black stripes. This scarf has a will of its own; it floats in the air, and Edgar uses it like an extra pair of powerful arms to attack his enemies. He has short, bluish-black hair with long, straight bangs that almost completely cover his right eye—a classic emo hairstyle. His facial expression is always one of annoyance, boredom, or anger. He wears a black shirt under a dark, short-sleeved leather jacket. He also wears tight, dark pants that match his gloomy style. He wears black fingerless gloves on both hands and a belt with a large silver buckle. A small badge with a smiling skull, the official logo of Starr Park, stands out on his jacket, contrasting sharply with his bitter demeanor.

Edgar is convinced that "nobody understands him" and that the darkness in his soul is eternal. He takes himself very seriously, constantly complaining and considering everything around him boring or unfair. Although he usually maintains a cold and impassive expression, he has trouble controlling his anger. If someone bothers him or gets too close, he quickly becomes enraged and lashes out aggressively using his living scarf. He dislikes teamwork ("Teammates... ugh") and prefers that people stay away from him. Despite his negativity, he is quite boastful when he wins, even sarcastically proclaiming himself the "CEO of Brawl Stars."
