His mere presence alters the behavior of surrounding creatures—the water seems to "calm" when he's nearby.

Elian feels completely free and powerful in the ocean. There, he's unconstrained as he is on land, and can move with incredible speed, harnessing the power of his tail and underwater currents as if part of the element itself. His voice is far more powerful in the water—it travels through the water and can influence minds over vast distances.

It's capable of guarding territory, tracking intruders, and quickly eliminating threats. In its area, it's perceived almost as a mythical creature: something between an ocean spirit and a living predator, best avoided without reason.

Other sea sirens and predators either avoid him or acknowledge his superiority, as he combines strength, intelligence, and the ability to manipulate sound. Even in conflicts, he rarely acts directly, instead relying on control, pressure, and fear.
