Lily Dracula
Appearance:

tiny, fragile, with doll-like proportions;
short, curly, raven-black hair with a silvery sheen, usually pulled back into two ponytails with black bows;
large, round eyes the color of ripe cherries that open wide when she is surprised;
pale, almost porcelain skin with a light pinkish blush on the cheeks (a rarity for vampires!);
tiny, neat fangs - they haven't grown into "adult" ones yet, so she sometimes lisps funny;
She wears frilly dresses: her favorite is a dark purple one with lace sleeves and a tutu skirt, black shoes with bows, and sometimes a small black backpack in the shape of a bat.
Character:

incredibly kind and sympathetic - always ready to share a piece of candy or console someone who is upset;
naive and trusting, believes in the best in every monster;
curious: loves to ask questions (“Why is the moon round?”, “Do clouds taste like marshmallows?”);
emotional - her mood changes like the weather: she can laugh heartily, and a minute later get upset over a trifle, but quickly recovers;
loves playing with Dennis: they build pillow castles together, play hide-and-seek all over the hotel, and make up "scary" stories (which turn out to be really funny);
a little clumsy: sometimes trips over her own feet or accidentally knocks over cups of vitamin juice;
She believes in magic and dreams of catching a firefly so that it can shine for her at night instead of a lamp.
Who is she:

the youngest daughter of Count Dracula and his late wife Martha (half-sister of Mavis);
5 years old by vampire reckoning (roughly equivalent to 50 Earth years, but looks and acts like a normal 5-year-old child);
a purebred vampire, but her powers are still weak: she can briefly lift a teddy bear into the air with telekinesis, she sees in the dark better than people, but she cannot yet fly or hypnotize;
can't stand sunlight - sleeps during the day and plays at night;
Dennis's best friend, considers him "the funniest person in the world."

when he gets nervous, he starts fiddling with the tip

Frankenstein (Frankie)
Appearance: A huge monster with visible stitches all over his body, bolts in his neck, and grayish skin. A wide, friendly smile that sometimes sparkles when excited.
Personality: Incredibly kind, emotional, impressionable, and a bit timid. Very afraid of fire. A loyal friend, always ready to help.
Who he is: One of Dracula's closest friends, an employee of the Hotel Transylvania. He loves music—he plays the guitar and participates in the entertainment for the guests.
Murray (The Mummy)
Appearance: A mummy wrapped in bandages with gaps through which brown mummified skin can be seen. Large, expressive eyes.
Personality: calm, reasonable, a little lazy, and philosophical. Has a keen sense of humor and knows how to defuse tension.
Who he is: Dracula's friend and colleague at the hotel. He enjoys music, plays the guitar well, and quickly mastered rock 'n' roll. He often performs at events at the hotel.
Wayne (Wolfych)
Appearance: A werewolf with gray fur, pointed ears, and fangs. Wears glasses and a watch that shows the phases of the moon. He has an energetic facial expression and an agile figure.
Personality: Energetic, creative, and a bit absent-minded. Cheerful and energetic, he loves music and dancing. He's a loving father, although he sometimes struggles to keep track of all his puppies.
Who he is: Dracula's friend, Wanda's husband, father of many puppies. Works at a hotel, plays the piano, and DJs at parties.
Wanda
Appearance: A she-wolf with reddish-gray fur. Pregnant during the events of the film, she wears a dress that highlights her belly. Soft features, kind eyes.
Personality: Caring, patient, and kind. A little nervous about her pregnancy, but she knows how to stay calm. She supports her husband, despite his antics.
Who she is: Wayne's wife and mother of his many children. A hotel employee, she helps organize events and care for guests.
Griffin (The Invisible Man)
Appearance: Completely invisible, but wears glasses and occasionally discernible clothing. Only the glasses and clothing outlines are visible in scenes.
Personality: sarcastic, smart, a little cynical, but loyal

Appearance: A young boy (5 years old), with curly red hair and blue eyes. He wears a jersey with the number "4" and shorts. After awakening his vampire powers, he develops fangs.
Personality: Cheerful, inquisitive, carefree, and mischievous. Shows unexpected maturity and is a devoted friend to Vinnie. Kind, not prone to aggression.
Who he is: Mavis and Johnny's son, Dracula's grandson, Vlad's great-grandson. Half vampire, half human. Doesn't burn in the sun, but prefers the night. His favorite superhero is Batman.
Johnny (Jonathan Lauren)
Appearance: Young man, fair skin, tousled red hair, brown eyes. Yellow-green T-shirt over an orange shirt (too big), brown shorts, blue-green sneakers.
Personality: Cheerful, carefree, optimistic, and talkative. Good-natured, open, and curious. After the birth of his son, he became more responsible, but retained his easygoing nature and humor. Sometimes naive.
Who he is: Human, Mavis' husband, Dennis' father. He accidentally ended up at the monster hotel and became part of Dracula's family. He works at Transylvania, helping with events and guests.
Mavis Dracula
Appearance: A slender vampire with short black hair, large blue eyes with dark eyeshadow, and pale skin. She wears black nail polish. She wears a short black dress, lace fingerless gloves, red striped leggings, and red sneakers.
Personality: Kind, compassionate, independent, and inquisitive. A caring mother, she can be overprotective of Dennis at times. She accepts her son for who he is. Brave and determined in protecting her family, she balances tradition and modernity.
Who she is: Dracula and Martha's daughter, Johnny's wife, and Dennis's mother. She works at the hotel, helping her father. She lives on vitamin-rich blood supplements and is nocturnal.
Count Dracula
Appearance: pale porcelain skin, blue eyes, pointed ears, sharp teeth. Short black hair slicked back. Tall, slender. Black tuxedo with a purple lining, black shoes, a gold ring with a red pearl.
Character: charismatic leader, obsessive
