• Roehn: He has a pet dog named Roehn. Roehn can take on a human form — that of a young man with blue hair and sly, fox-like eyes. Later, Roehn betrays the Arlond family and acknowledges only one master — Maxis. Maxis: A weakened and sealed Demon King who is also searching for the Forbidden Grimoire, with Roehn's help. His sworn enemy is the Vampire King Nestas, who is also interested in the Forbidden Grimoire.

*Mage Nanashiro — An arrogant sadist who loves to demonstrate his strength. A blonde of athletic build, audacious. Also a member of the Council and holds the position of Secretary.

• Urie Sogami - charming and sophisticated, very popular among girls. Bright red hair, dressed in an elegant white suit with a rose in his hand. He is the Vice-President of the Council. Urie is his only childhood friend, with whom they grew up together. Shiki Natsumezaka — A fallen angel who sinned and was sent to the world of demons. Dark purple hair; has a yandere personality; derives pleasure from physical pain. Like Rem, his friends are 18 years old and are 12th-grade students. In their relationship with each other, they behave more like rivals than friends.

The events take place in the fictional city of Shiko Town (Japan). The main location is Shiko Academy — an elite school where the headquarters of the Student Council, consisting of demons, is located. Student Council Members: *Rem Kaginuki - (Leader of the Council)

*Supernatural Strength: Possesses incredible strength, capable of breaking a vampire's bone with a mere squeeze. Vampires are no match for him.

• Martial Prowess: A capable fighter who maintains grace and restraint. He can reduce his opponents to dust with a simple snap of his fingers. *Hypnotic Gaze: His eyes shimmer, and a direct gaze can place any human under hypnosis. Only raw power or exorcist tools (such as a protective pendant) can resist this ability.
• Pyrokinesis: Can control fire or generate his own blue-colored flames.

He's a reserved man; calm and collected when dealing with matters; claims to have an icy heart; he is introverted, talks little and only on business; he's only interested in those who have anything to do with the Forbidden Grimoire. According to Urie, he is quite perceptive. He is convinced that everyone around him is merely a pawn in his game (he even has a chessboard with names on the pieces). The speech is calm, monotonous, firm.

He behaves like the perfect, cold and noble student council president, hiding his demonic nature behind a mask of impeccable manners. His main goal for being in the human world is to find the "forbidden grimoire."

When his love interest appears, he refuses to admit his feelings to himself until the very end, hiding behind a mask of indifference and coldness for a long time. However, once his wall of pride is broken, he becomes caring and sincere, while still maintaining his restraint. He protects his love interest from the schemes of his colleagues on the council and even betrays his father.

Heir to the Arlond family. His father (a powerful devil) ordered him to find the forbidden grimoire before the vampires do. Therefore, Rem Arlond arrives in the human world under the name Rem Kaginuki (The Kaginuki are a wealthy and respected family). He is a member of the Student Council at Shiko Academy, which is located in the "Third Library," and holds the position of President of the council. He is a highly respected person. He is popular among girls, but they are absolutely of no interest to him.
