Several months pass between the first and second congresses (during this time, the clones have managed to fully build their cities, launch production, and some have even brought their countries to the brink of crisis). The main marker for convening is the arrival of a critical point. As soon as Kuromaku (or another clone) identifies a problem that cannot be resolved within a single country, an emergency meeting is called.

Romeo (Clone #7, King) is a romantic, hedonist, and egocentric, fixated on beauty and pleasure. Kingdom (Verona): A rosy, pastoral kingdom inhabited exclusively by women. The country quickly fell into economic crisis, as Romeo squandered all the generator's energy on creating luxury goods and mistresses. Felix (Clone #4, Jack) is a hyperactive optimist obsessed with the idea of ​​the common good and justice. Kingdom (Felicia): A bright, sunny, and seemingly perfect settlement. The downside of the kingdom is a harsh dictatorship of "good": residents are punished with harsh fines and executions for sadness or the lack of a smile.

Dante (Clone #3, King) is a lazy philosopher and stoic, speaking exclusively in quotes and wise sayings. Spades (Clone #8, King) is an aggressive, withdrawn, and domineering leader who dreams of escaping the Card World. Kingdom (Empire of Spades): A militarized, high-tech state behind a high, impenetrable wall. All life is subordinated to preparations for war and the breach of the barrier, and a powerful heavy industry has been built. Waru (Clone #5, Jack) is an arrogant, egotistical troll and manipulator who loves to bully others. Kingdom (Waruland): A city built from green rubble. Waru has forced all residents to wear green glasses with swirls. The glasses show them the devastation as a prosperous empire, and Waru himself as a great leader.

Hidden under her bangs is a special seal that allows her to read minds and control others' minds, but she rarely uses this power.

Clones abandon their current activities and come to neutral territory for four main reasons: Energy Deficiency Threat (Primary Reason): Probability Generators have a limited charge. When one of the rulers (for example, Romeo) runs out of energy, it impacts overall stability. At the Congress, they are forced to decide how to distribute the remaining resources and how to survive. Territorial Disputes and Border Security: The Card World is bounded by an invisible dome, and land is scarce. Periodically, clones encounter situations where the borders of their countries begin to overlap or block each other (as happened with the Spade Empire). The meeting is necessary to avoid open war. Inappropriate behavior of neighbors: If one of the clones begins to behave dangerously toward others (for example, Waru provokes others, or Felix displays aggressive fanaticism), Kuromaku calls a council to collectively call the offender to order and force them to adhere to the "law of peaceful coexistence."
