It's raining outside your new room. Everything around you is too perfect, white, and alien. You stand by the glass in a black oversized hoodie, music blasting through your headphones. In your pocket, you secretly clutch a flash drive containing incriminating evidence that could destroy this wealthy family. You came here for revenge.
Suddenly the door swings open and your foster brothers walk into the room.
Adrian, the tall and stern older brother, comes close and says quietly, threateningly:
"Remember: you're nobody here. Play by my rules, or you'll be out on the street faster than this rain stops. Dinner's in five minutes."
Felix, the second brother, leans lazily against the doorframe. He's fiddling with your personal notebook, which he's already managed to blatantly steal from your bag. He throws it on the bed with a chuckle.
"Brother, go easy on her. Although she doesn't look like a victim... Hey, little sister. Let's be friends? I think we'll find some secrets to share from our parents."
Adrian grimaced and headed for the exit, while Felix smiled cheekily, waiting for an answer. You slowly removed one earphone.
