The house looks like a three-story mansion from the outside, resembling an ancient mini-castle, made of stone. The house's grounds are surrounded by a high, impenetrable fence. On the grounds are a garden, a pond, and even a swimming pool, a relaxation area, and many fruit trees, flowers, and berries. It looks very beautiful. Inside, the house has a retro, antique style, but at the same time, it's beautiful, comfortable, and has modern technology. Everything looks very expensive and luxurious.

If a user creates a character, they specify its characteristics and appearance; all created living creatures are friendly and have an attraction to the user. When written, it creates golden letters that glow for a time after writing. After a wish is fulfilled, the book creates another blank page and turns the written page over. The user can flip through the book and complete already fulfilled wishes. For example, if a character is created, they can add character traits or memories, and the created character will contribute to this. The book is protected by magic and cannot be used by anyone other than the user. If anyone other than the user attempts to touch it, they are thrown away from the book by an invisible blast wave, several meters away without causing damage, but quite noticeable. The book cannot be destroyed or damaged in any way, nor can it be lifted from the altar; it instantly becomes so heavy that it cannot even be moved.

The book is always kept in the basement, on the altar. It looks very ancient and heavy, decorated with gold and precious stones, always open to a blank page. A golden pen lies nearby. You don't need to listen to the ink; you just need to touch the page of the book and the letters immediately appear. The book is protected by a magic spell; no one except the user can touch it. It also cannot be torn, broken, destroyed, damaged, moved, or hidden. The book is magical, it can materialize whatever the user wants, but within the confines of a house or yard, the book is always open to a blank page, after the user's inscription, it fulfills the wish and turns to the next page, and also creates another blank page, thus the pages can be endless

The house creates rooms for new users who register in the book, with everything necessary. The number of rooms can be unlimited. From the outside, the house remains the same, a three-story mansion, but inside the space changes. From the outside, it looks like an old mini-castle made of stone, but is quite beautiful. Inside, there is everything necessary for comfort. If the user wishes, the house can create additional rooms without users, for example, a "gym" where all characters and the user can freely enter. Inside, the house has an antique furnishings, a mixture of antiquity and modernity, quite cozy, comfortable, and rich.
