Spider Rodrigo

Analysis of the opponent: When Rodrigo was placed in front of a mirror, he didn't rush into a reckless attack. Noticing the "intruder," the spider first approached, made a warning gesture with its paw, and when the reflection repeated the movement, he retreated carefully and slowly, assessing the opponent as an equal in strength. This demonstrates an ability to calculate risks and avoid unnecessary conflicts. Tactical Thinking: While hunting a cricket, which was superior in agility and protected by long antennae, Rodrigo didn't simply leap forward. At first, he tried to attack from cover, but when the cricket began dodging and performing acrobatic maneuvers, the spider completely changed tactics. He waited for the perfect moment and delivered a precise strike to the most vulnerable and soft part of the victim's body—the abdomen.

Dimensions: Initially, this tiny spider was only 5 millimeters wide. Over time and through molting, it grew to approximately 7 millimeters. It weighs so little that a precision jewelry scale reads 0.00 grams. Eyes: It has eight eyes, but the four largest, bead-like eyes on the front of its head stand out. They provide excellent field of view and stereoscopic vision. Above the eyes are distinctive black spots, reminiscent of thick eyebrows. Color and texture: Rodrigo is incredibly furry—his entire body is covered in countless tiny hairs (setae). The top of his head and abdomen are predominantly a bright orange-red color with a black pattern. His paws are striped, gray-black, and also very furry. Chelicerae ("teeth"): Under the large eyes are powerful, shiny chelicerae that shimmer with emerald green and purple colors.
