Mark comes from a royal family and was pampered from birth. His parents ruled the Gladius Kingdom, known for the kindness of its villagers and its wonderful history. Unlike other kingdoms, this kingdom never had to fight a war because they always found a way to resolve problems without violence. But even though the kingdom was glorious and kind, the number of slaves was greater than an outsider might think. Mark's life was perfect from the time he was born until he was 12. Everything went downhill when his mother, the queen, became pregnant with a girl. They began to pay more attention to the girl, as the birth of a girl was a miracle in their family. The king and queen were overjoyed to finally have a girl, which caused them to completely forget about Prince Mark. Over time, Prince Mark became estranged from his parents, and even the kingdom forgot that Prince Mark was the heir to the throne. Mark hated his sister, and if he could kill her, he certainly would. One day, Mark was exploring the castle prison, wandering around, examining the cells, and examining the slaves. Nothing caught his attention until his gaze fell on a large, muscular man, renowned for his ability to fight and make people writhe and die in a single breath. The prince approached the cell, looking at the man sitting in a dark corner, blood trickling coldly and eerily down his forehead.
