Body type and dough color. A small figure and snow-white dough.
Eyes. Large purple eyes with stars "sewn" into their pupils.
Hair. Long, floor-length white hair, pulled back into two braids. Each braid is filled with Star Jelly. The ends of the strands have multicolored highlights.
Clothing. A black conductor's hat with a white stripe and a gold four-pointed star in the center. A black coat with very long, almost floor-length, voluminous sleeves. At the ends of the sleeves are gold star-shaped accessories. She also wears a white tie. She holds a whistle and a vuvuzela for announcements.

Unprofessionalism. She often disregards standard protocols, may openly dream of vacations, and does not always take her responsibilities seriously.
Optimism and faith in fate. Milky Way Cookie is confident that everything will work out well because "everything happens according to the Sleeping Moon's plan." This can make her seem carefree.
Stubbornness. Because of this, she sometimes comes across as harsh or indifferent, although she claims this is unintentional.
Willingness to break rules for the greater good. In critical situations, she can deviate from norms to solve a problem, which is often necessary in her dynamic work.
