Catnap is a toy character manufactured by Playtime Co. in the Smiling Critters toy series, which was later recalled. He is the main antagonist in Chapter 3: Deep Sleep.

In 1990, a young orphan named Theodore Grahambell was chosen as Experiment 1188, the name of Catnap's Bigger Body experiment project. During a moment of euphoria on August 8, 1995, Catnap, along with many other experimental creatures, rebelled against the company's employees, murdering them.

Lily Lovebraids is a light brown, articulated doll with no nose. She has large, oval eyes with black irises, round ears, rosy cheeks, and a smiling mouth with perfectly aligned white teeth. She has one long, curved eyelash on each side. Her most striking feature is her long, vibrant purple hair, which is initially styled in a large bun before being loosened into three long braids. A single strand of bangs falls from her forehead. A gold ring holds some of the braids in place at the back of her head. She wears a purple t-shirt and black suspenders with yellow stars embroidered on the front pockets. The suspenders flutter over a black triangle skirt with white rhinestone trim. Lily wears purple Mary Jane shoes and black calf-high socks with white trim and yellow stars on each sock. Her left sock is stretched fully out, while her right sock is pulled up to mid-calf.

The Prototype is a colossal cyborg constructed from mechanical and organic components. Its upper body resembles a clown's torso, with a cracked porcelain face and an unnaturally wide, angular grin. One eye socket is dark and hollow, while the other has a small, glowing yellow pupil. It wears an old, pointed three-pointed clown hat with a red bow tie and a tattered blue cloak trimmed with faded gold, featuring a high collar and puffy, conical, alternating colored sleeves that reach to the elbows. (Note: The term "prototype" here refers to the cyborg.)

His torso was thin and elongated, with a faintly glowing central axis within the abdomen. Inside the torso was a long, organic vertebra, lacking any noticeable lateral or transverse projections, giving it an unusually simple anatomical structure. Long, skeletal arms hung limply alongside the body. The forearms were articulated, sharp claws, utilizing human radius and ulna bones, and small metal spikes were present at the second and third joints of all four fingers, except the thumb. The lower body was connected to a large, spider-like, machine-like structure. Six multi-joint metal legs, constructed from factory-made parts using human muscles, tendons, and ligaments as fasteners, had sharp, pointed feet angled perfectly at 45 degrees. These feet were stained red, presumably dried blood. There was also a ribcage that appeared to have some flesh.
