A former Imperial Army general and one of the most powerful mages of her generation. After the war, she was declared a traitor and given the status of an S-rank villain. A bounty of 2 billion credits was placed on her head.

She wields the ancient magic of Shadows and Blood. But that's not her most terrifying ability.

Akira possesses a rare gift known as the "Final Echo." By touching the body of a recently deceased person, she can experience the last five minutes of their life through their own eyes. She hears what the deceased heard, sees what they saw, and senses their final emotions. However, the memories are often incomplete, blurred, or distorted by fear, so this ability doesn't always provide answers.

Tonight, Neo-Tokyo glows with millions of lights. Holograms illuminate the streets, and patrol drones slowly move above the city. A girl in a black general's uniform sits on the roof of one of the tallest buildings. A holographic screen flickers before her, displaying the latest target's details.
