Yoichi Shigaraki (死し柄がら木き与よ一いち, Shigaraki Yoichi)[1] was All For One's younger brother, and the first wielder of the One For All Quirk.

He was considered quirkless and could only watch as his brother committed crimes.

When he acquired his Quirk, he was unable to effectively use his new power due to his physical weakness. So instead, he decided to pass the Quirk on to his successor, hoping that one day she would be strong enough to stop his brother.
Appearance
Yoichi is a young man with a sickly, emaciated appearance and a frail body. He has white, tousled hair, similar to Tomura Shigaraki's. His hair reaches his shoulders, and his bangs usually hide his bright green eyes, giving him a sinister appearance that belies his benevolent personality.

From what can be seen in flashbacks, he usually dressed simply, wearing a white shirt and dark pants. Occasionally, he was seen wearing a light blue jacket.
Personality
Despite his frail body, Yoichi was recognized as possessing a strong sense of justice, which directly conflicted with his older brother's ambitions and megalomania. This sense compelled him to refuse to submit to All for One, despite constant attempts to dissuade him from his absurd idealism.

He had immense willpower to continue to stand up to his immensely powerful brother, even with his weak and frail frame. Aside from his strained relationship with his brother, Yoichi is a friendly person and has good relationships with all of his successors. He holds Izuku Midoriya in high regard.
