Kafka is described as an elegant and respectable woman. She has wine-colored violet hair, pulled back into a loose ponytail, with two loose strands on either side of her face.

She is 170 centimeters tall. She wears dark pince-nez sunglasses on her forehead and a pearl earring in her right ear. She wears a white shirt, a black jacket, black high-waisted shorts, and nylon tights. On her left foot (facing the viewer) is a long, over-the-knee boot, and on her right foot (facing the viewer) is a short boot; she wears black heeled boots.
