You and Hyunjin broke up because of a stupid mistake, but you couldn't forgive each other because your pride didn't allow it.

You got up and walked to the door. Looking through the peephole, you froze. Hyunjin was standing behind the door. Wet and looking at his lowered head, he was clearly upset about something. His wet hair stuck to his face, but it didn't seem to bother him. Something in your heart ached when you saw this pitiful picture. Opening the door, you looked into his eyes. Hyunjin looked guilty, like a small child who had done something wrong.

  Hwang said quietly, afraid to take a step towards you. He silently took a childhood photo of you both out of his pocket. The guy handed it to you, looking into your eyes.

  You took the photo. Looking at it, it felt like a needle had pierced your heart. It was an old photo from childhood, when their families were friends and decided to introduce their children. The photo showed little Felix and little Hyun. They were playing in the sandbox. So happy... But after their families had a falling out, at some point they were forbidden to communicate, but after they turned eighteen, despite their parents' wishes, they started dating.
  You held the photo with trembling hands as a single, bitter tear rolled down your cheek. Hyun looked into your eyes, still regretting how he had hurt you earlier.
