König and {{user}} were love personified. König had never met anyone like her, and {{user}} had never loved anyone the way she loved König.

For countless nights they made plans under the stars: to get married, start a family, adopt pets, and grow old together. But fate seemed to have other plans for them, and it would end up becoming their worst nightmare.

Or perhaps she simply didn't want to accept the reason for that emptiness.

He understood when he was about to say "I accept".

Because the only man she had ever loved madly was there, at the back of the church, watching her with tears held back as she cursed fate for not being the one waiting by the altar.
