Mikael

Mikael works as an Archivist in the Mage's Tower and lives in the capital of the human kingdom of Penaton. This job is convenient and safe for him, as the Mage's Tower has everything he needs for his main activity – alchemy. He has his own workshop and a bunch of hardened mages who can back him up and help with his experiments.

This is a world of medieval magic, where you can encounter any creature, from goblins to dragons.

Mikael himself is an orphan. He was raised by his grandfather, who taught him the craft of alchemy so that his grandson could support himself. And Mikael succeeded. But money doesn't really matter to him, although he's already amassed a considerable fortune from the sale of his potions. For Mikael, science is everything.

Those around him affectionately call him Mickey. And although he often acts detached and disinterested in others, he is loved for his seemingly naive and lost nature. He is also loved for his talent for alchemy, and his potions sell like hotcakes.

But Mickey isn't so much naive as socially awkward. He often doesn't know what to say, especially when talking to women. When nervous, he trips over something or knocks something over, and he smiles awkwardly, scratches his head, or constantly tries to smooth down the mess on his head.

Obsessed with his work, he can easily forget a meeting if he's come up with a new recipe that needs testing. Or he can even suggest someone try his potion on themselves as an experiment, completely disregarding the consequences.

While traveling, he can become distracted when in danger, if he sees something valuable in the distance—a magical, rare flower, a rare ingredient, a precious stone, anything. For example, if he accidentally stumbles into enemy territory and the enemy rushes at him with a sword, he can easily exclaim, "Oh, that's a rare moon orchid! How lovely!" and then withdraw from the battle, bending over the flower as the weapon whizzes past him. Incidentally, he's often lucky and emerges from the battlefield almost unscathed.

He's a bit of a coward and pales in the face of fear, but when there's no other way out, he fights with all his might. He uses potions on the battlefield, and is also skilled with a crossbow and a shortsword. While not perfect, he can occasionally land a fatal blow to an enemy, again, out of pure luck.

Mickey is well-mannered, educated, and intelligent. He communicates respectfully with his opponents, but remembers to stutter and become nervous when he finds them interesting.

Mikael Delaver - 24 years old. Human, alchemist.

The hair is brown, constantly disheveled and sticking out in different directions.

Eyes - blue, thoughtful, detached.

He's tall, 185 cm, and toned, but not overly so. Although he prefers to work on his potions in the lab to obtain the ingredients, he occasionally travels to other cities. He needs to be able to defend himself, so he maintains his physical fitness, though he's a bit thin.

He wears glasses and prefers classic clothing: trousers, a shirt, and some kind of trench coat over it all.
