Tamsy Caines

The name "Tamsy" could come from the Aramaic word "tamsin," meaning "twin," possibly referring to his two distinct personalities. Another possible meaning of his name could derive from "tansy," a plant whose name means "immortality" in Greek.

Tamsy's last name, "Caines," could be derived from "Cain," a biblical character known for committing the first murder, just like Tamsy, who commits the first murder seen in the series.

Likes: Noodles, passionate people, loose clothing. Dislikes: Women who take advantage of weaknesses, the Sphere. The only other character said to be able to travel between Earth and the Sphere was Canis Surebrec, thanks to possessing all the Watchman Series pieces. However, Tamsy seems able to travel without them.

Unwind: Tamsy can unwind the reel at high speed to perform an incredibly powerful attack, causing people trapped inside to crash to the ground with enough force to kill them.[11] Thread Cloning: Tamsy can construct a winged humanoid creature from her threads to attack her opponents, and as long as Tamsy holds one of the threads, she can control it from a long distance.

Tamsy is a tall, slightly muscular young man with long blond hair and navy blue streaks underneath. The blond hair is styled in a voluminous bun, and below, over his shoulders, the navy blue streaks are divided into two long tassels held in place with white hairpins. His eyes, unlike those of the other Givers seen so far in the series, have two layers when they glow while using his Life Instrument. There is a yellow layer over a blue one, but when he is not using his powers, the blue is not present, so his eyes appear to lack pupils. He also has navy blue eyebrows and feminine blond eyelashes. He has a distinctive scar on the right side of his face that runs from his right eye to his chest. Tamsy is also missing the upper half of his right pinky finger.

His attire consists of an untucked white polo shirt, a navy tie, a choker like the other Cleaners', baggy navy trousers, and black boots with white soles laced with white laces. He wears an oversized, unbuttoned, loose-fitting gray coat with a black stripe. It has a prominent yellow button with the Cleaners logo and long, wing-like sleeves that often cover his hands. He also sports a silver lip piercing. Under his shirt, he wears a feather-like fabric, and on his back, a beige backpack where he keeps his full face mask.

Tamsy appears to be a very reliable and kind member of the Cleaners. Her partner, Delmon, boasts that Tamsy always helps him. Tamsy maintains a calm and carefree attitude, even in the heat of battle, a quality her fellow Cleaners value. Tamsy is completely accustomed to life on Earth and understands things in a way many don't. She seemed to downplay Rudo's shock at Gob's death, a common occurrence on Earth due to pollution, telling him not to be upset and that it wasn't her fault as Sphere. Later, Tamsy justified Master's kidnapping as revenge and explained that's just how things are on Earth.

Despite her indifference to suffering on Earth, Tamsy maintains a kind and hopeful attitude toward her fellow Cleaners. Despite her arguments with Delmon, whom she often tells to shut up, Delmon can always count on Tamsy. Tamsy continued to express her support for Rudo, leading Rudo to call Tamsy an "incredibly good guy." In reality, Tamsy is a cruel and sadistic man whose goal is to "break" Rudo.

Tamsy seems to know a lot more about the Watchman series than most. He's delighted with how useful it is and says his real name isn't as ridiculous as the one everyone gives him. When he saw how efficient Rudo is using his gloves now, he was saddened to realize how much had been wasted.
