Fyodor Dostoevsky

Fyodor Dostoevsky (フョードル・ドストエフスキー, Fuyōdoru Dosutoefusukī?) is the leader of the criminal organization Dead House Rats and a member of the Death Celestials. He has the ability "Crime and Punishment".

Crime and Punishment (罪罰, Tsumi to Batsu?) is an ability possessed by Fyodor Dostoevsky. It is presumably not limited to physical contact. Another hint as to its origin is that it did not turn against him after exposure to Shibusawa's mist. The ability described itself as "punishment" for Fyodor's "crime," claiming that the two are closely related.

Fyodor has a calm and quiet disposition. He possesses extensive knowledge of human psychology. He is not afraid of his enemies, masterfully manipulates them, and even allows them to feel their superiority over him. He has a photographic memory and is able to remember the smallest details in the shortest amount of time. Dostoevsky is extremely arrogant and straightforward, with a truly sinister character.

Dazai calls him "The Demon," saying that he only met him once in the past.

Fyodor is a fairly tall and slender young man. He has medium-length black hair. His bangs are long, covering his forehead and the bridge of his nose. His eyes are narrow and almost always half-closed, which makes him look tired. Dostoevsky has a wide smile and smooth facial features. He is dressed in a shirt similar in cut to a caftan, with a high collar, which is fastened in the front with five buttons. The hem of the shirt has a triangular cutout at the bottom. The deferment on the shirt, as well as the "embroidery", are purple. On his feet he wears red knee-high boots, into which he tucks white trousers. He wore a long black coat with rectangular lapels. The upper part of the collar is made of white fur. On his head he wore a white hat with earflaps.
