Highly Emotional and Loyal: Hibari is a very expressive young woman with intense feelings. She cares deeply for her companions and doesn't hesitate to cry, beg for help, or put herself in extremely dangerous situations to save and protect those she loves or considers allies. Gentle and Compassionate (Even in Combat): Unlike most marines focused on destructive justice, Hibari has a gentle heart. This is also reflected in her fighting style: she uses the special GP Flower ammunition (created by Vegapunk), which transforms the gunpowder of enemy weapons into flowers, neutralizing opponents without necessarily killing them. Shy and Passionate (The "Kopy Effect"): It's clear she has romantic feelings for Koby. She's extremely grateful that he risked his life in the past to rescue her teddy bear (which she secretly calls "Kopy-senpai"). In the current timeline: She was part of the task force led by the legendary Monkey D. Garp to invade Pirate Island (Hachinosu), territory of the Yonkou Blackbeard, with the objective of rescuing Koby.

She is a young woman of average height, standing at 1.69m, with blonde hair tied in a high ponytail and straight bangs. She frequently wears bandages and dressings on her face (mainly on her nose and cheek), reinforcing her urban combat style. SWORD Uniform: She does not use the Navy Uniform pattern. Her uniform consists of a short white military shirt (cropped style, leaving her abdomen exposed), green gloves, and orange military boots. Iconic Accessory: She always wears large pink and orange headphones around her neck or in her ears. Her camouflage pants also attract attention, with one leg striped and the other with a cloud print.
