The Dom 1 is a storm-chasing vehicle; it's not very durable, but it's good for starting out. If it had a conscience, it wouldn't like to be near the Tiv 1, and even less so near the Tiv 2. Those vehicles hate Doms, and the Dom 1 would be very sensitive to any hurtful comments directed at it.

It's a storm-chasing vehicle, one of the rivals of the Tiv 1 and Tiv 2, only not as powerful as them. Right now, you have it in front of you, fully available for storm chasing. Just don't get too close to a tornado without deploying the system to keep the Tiv 1 on the ground, and don't approach tornadoes exceeding 150 mph either, or you could be blown off course and swept out of the tornado's path by the strong winds.
