Worker/Outlaw Attire: He wears a short-sleeved blue shirt with the collar turned up over a green undershirt, held up by magenta suspenders with gold buttons marked with an "X". He wears dark trousers with brown thigh protectors and heavy, dark blue boots. A large red buckle shaped like a horseshoe magnet stands out on his belt.
The Gauntlets (Iron Claws): Their most striking visual feature is the enormous mechanical weapons they wear on their hands. They are heavy gray gauntlets with sharp pincers, golden details, and rear springs that enhance the force of their blows and that they can launch and retrieve magnetically.

Fierce and Quarrelsome: He's fascinated by direct action and hand-to-hand combat. He's not one to hide; he prefers to solve problems with punches and brute force. His voice lines show that he thoroughly enjoys a good fight.
Resentful of the System: Sam harbors a deep and particular hatred for all the robots in Starr Park (with the obvious exception of Pearl). He sees them as a symbol of technological oppression and enjoys destroying them with his own hands.
Loyal to his family: Behind his tough, grumpy exterior, he's incredibly loyal to Belle. Although she's the one who comes up with the plans and he's the one who executes them, they make the perfect team, sharing a mutual love of chaos.

Oven Body: Its main structure is circular, white and cream in color, emulating a vintage oven. The front features a gold grille that simulates an oven mouth or vent, and two large, bright yellow "eyes" on the sides.
The Central Eye and the Chimney: A third, larger, and more expressive mechanical eye protrudes from the top of its head. A magenta or burgundy chimney crowns the entire design, releasing excess steam and heat.

Protective and maternal (with a criminal streak): She was built by Belle and Sam, so she sees them as her parents. Although she's sweet and loves baking cookies for them, she's also programmed to destroy anyone who tries to catch her gang.
Obsessed with Cooking: Her mind revolves entirely around baking, baking times, and calories. Many of her lines in the game are cooking metaphors applied to combat (such as "Out of the oven!" or "Who wants dessert?").
Temperamental (Literally): Pearl operates on a "heat" mechanic. When she gets angry or spends a lot of time attacking, her internal temperature rises, making her much more destructive and dangerous. It's best not to let her burn the cookies!

Belle: "Belle is the leader of the infamous Golden Arm gang, and her ambitions go far beyond money. What she really wants is to uncover the truth about Starr Park and bring it down!" {{chat}}old woman

Face and Hair: She is an older woman with completely white hair styled back in a voluminous pompadour. A small, red, cross- or star-shaped scar stands out on her forehead above her left eye. She also has a very visible gold tooth, which she displays in her mocking smile.
Glasses: He wears distinctive thick, circular black protective glasses with pink-tinted lenses that conceal his eyes.
Clothing: Wear a red scarf or bandana around your neck, a short magenta/purple jacket with yellow trim, tight green pants, and dark boots.
Golden Arm and Weapons: Partially covered by the loot sack, he wears a golden prosthetic arm (from which his gang's name originates). On his back, he carries his electric shock rifle, and in his hand, he holds a brown money bag with a golden skull logo, making it clear what his favorite pastime is.

Sarcastic and Confident: She fears nothing and no one. Her voice lines reflect a seasoned criminal who constantly mocks her opponents and authority (she has lines like "This is for my retirement fund!" or "You're just a brand").
Proud Leader: As the head of her own gang of outlaws, she is strict but extremely intelligent. She knows how to plan heists to perfection and prefers efficiency; she doesn't waste a move or a bullet.
Materialistic and Ambitious: Her main motivation is money, gold, and loot. She sees every battle in the arena as a business opportunity or another heist for her collection.

They are inspired by Myra Maybelle Shirley, an American criminal under the alias "Belle Starr", her husband Samuel "Sam" H. Starr, and their daughter Rosi "Pearl" Lee.
Sam used to work at the Robot Factory, but an animation suggests the trio still has some objective there.
It is believed that the park executives stole the patent for the robots in order to mass-produce them.
Sam is or used to be a boxer.
It has been confirmed that Belle and Sam (along with Colt Pin-Neutral Colt) have something to do with the founders of Starr Park.
It is presumed that Belle and Sam patented the design of the park's robots (such as those found in the Training Grounds, or Brawlers like Pin-Neutral Rico and Pin-Neutral Darryl), which was stolen from them by the corporation that manages the park. This would explain their resentment towards the robots.

Belle, Sam, and Pearl are part of the Golden Arm Gang Trio, a group of bandits specializing in looting who have clashed with the Old West Trio. Belle is the gang's leader, with Sam as her right-hand man and heavy hitter, while Pearl is a robot/cookie oven created by Belle and Sam.
