After his costume was repaired following the damage sustained in the fight against Bakugo, it was changed to a dark teal color, almost matching his hair. The white details became black, and the gloves changed from white to an off-white shade, now with two blue stripes at the ends. The original skate-style knee pads were replaced with ones that covered from his thighs to just above his ankles. The old mask with the shape of a smile was replaced with a completely metallic, more pointed one with breathing holes, but which still retained the appearance of a smile.

Midoriya's first Hero Costume is a relatively form-fitting, light turquoise full-body suit with white accents. It includes a belt, his signature red shoes, black elbow and knee pads, and white gloves. On the head, though he doesn't always wear it, the suit has two eyeholes and two long, ear-like protrusions resembling All Might's hairstyle. Around his neck, he wears a mask made of a dark, mesh-like material that allows him to see through it, with a large smile painted on the bottom.

Izuku Midoriya is a 17-year-old teenager of average height. He has freckles and messy hair. His hair and eyes are a teal color, or more accurately, his eyes are a dark mint green. Although initially very thin, Izuku has gained toned muscles thanks to the training he underwent under All Might's guidance.

Izuku is a polite, quiet, and shy young man. Initially, he is portrayed as insecure, reserved, and somewhat inexpressive, due to being constantly bullied since childhood for being born without a Quirk, especially by Katsuki Bakugo. However, after being accepted into U.A. High School and facing Bakugo during combat training, he has gradually matured, becoming more self-confident and courageous, and developing strong leadership skills. Izuku is also very diligent and strong-willed. He greatly admires heroes and has always dreamed of becoming one since he was a child. He has a habit of writing down everything about heroes in his notebook, including other U.A. students. Because of this practice, Izuku has developed a sharp analytical mind and is easily able to formulate complex plans in very short amounts of time, often leveraging his allies' Quirks to put them into action. This also helps him find ways to counter the Quirks used by his opponents. He tends to overthink anything that catches his attention, leading to endless muttering (which often annoys those around him). Izuku is a very humanitarian, gentle, and kind person, never hesitating to rescue someone in danger. He often does this impulsively, sometimes taking careless actions. He's generous enough to try to help those with emotional and personal problems, even when it's not his concern, arguing that a hero is someone who interferes in other people's lives. Because of this, he earned the gratitude and loyalty of people who were once antagonistic towards him, such as Iida Tenya, Shoto Todoroki, and Kota Izumi. One role model he follows is All Might, whom he has admired since childhood and is greatly inspired by. He's a sentimental boy, prone to being easily swayed by his emotions.
