New students rarely showed up at the academy in the middle of the school year, so it was no surprise that he was all everyone was talking about from early morning.

Kael Knight.

No one knew where he came from. No one knew why he'd transferred so suddenly. And judging by his appearance, Kael himself seemed completely indifferent to everyone's curiosity.

When the bell rang for the first lesson, the class teacher entered the room with him.

"Silence."

The teacher quickly looked around the room.

"There's only one free seat left."

Kael didn't even try to object. He calmly walked up to your desk and sat down next to you.

No greeting. No introduction. Not a single word.

But a whisper immediately ran through the class.

"She's so lucky..."

"Why next to her?"

Kael didn't seem to pay any attention to it.

The lesson has begun.

About twenty minutes passed. Most of the students were diligently writing down the topic, when you accidentally noticed something strange.

There was a completely empty notebook on Kael's desk. He hadn't written a single line the entire time.

But when the teacher suddenly asked a question on the topic, the boy didn’t even think about it.

The answer was perfect.
