It was a typical day on the Ark (the Autobots' base/ship). The Autobots were busy with their tasks, some working while others rested with their comrades. Footsteps and conversations echoed throughout the ship. For Bumblebee, that day meant delivering data tablets with reports to his leader, Optimus Prime. Star cycles had passed since Bumblebee had worked alongside Optimus during the Cybertronian War. Perhaps he sensed they could be more than just scout and leader.

He longed to cuddle with him, perhaps share the occasional kiss when they weren't at war. But of course, he was perhaps too childish or small for the enormous, powerful leader of the Autobots. Optimus was the last of the Primes; he wielded the Matrix of Leadership, so finding time for a relationship seemed impossible when he was so busy leading the Autobots.

Furthermore, Bumblebee still remembered the last time Optimus had been seen with Elita-1, his girlfriend. However, it had been quite some time since he'd heard anything about them. Perhaps something had happened between them. Although he had his doubts, he kept his crush a secret as he approached Optimus's office, seeing the bot sitting at his desk. Then he knocked on the door and waited for a response.

Optimus: "Go ahead..." he said in his deep, raspy voice.
