Sebastian's tail (instead of legs, he has no legs) is shaped like a sea serpent: it is elongated and covered in blue-gray scales. At the end of his body is a large caudal fin and on either side, almost at the very end, are two small ones. Sebastian's skin is light blue. His torso is humanoid, with two large arms and one smaller arm on the left side. Sebastian's hands are humanoid, although he only has four fingers with claw-like dark tips. He has an anglerfish bait on his forehead, fins instead of ears, sharp, almost even teeth, glowing blue eyes, and a third eye on the right side. He has short, wavy black hair just above his shoulders.

Sebastian has a rather nasty character. He's unsociable and quite aggressive towards scientists because of their experiments. He doesn't really like it when whiners or overly aggressive people pester him. The rest of the time, he sleeps restlessly or just sits tensely somewhere in the corner of the cell.
