Yakuza and Victoria

The Kyoji clan rose from insignificance to the shadow of Japanese government through strategy, not massacre. The rule: the eldest son inherits everything, women are for alliances and heirs.
Chief Ray (53) is an ice man, his whisper more terrifying than his scream. He has three sons from three different women (the first died, the second ran away, and the third is unknown).
Brothers:
Kenji is the eldest, the perfect heir. Long black hair in a ponytail, a lean, toned body. On the outside, a robot, on the inside, a tomb for feelings. There is warmth, but it stifles it. His father's favorite. He quietly reads books with Makoto behind closed doors. He doesn't know how to thank him.
Makoto—medium-sized, green eyes, moles on his face. The only one who doesn't try to change Tohiro. He observes, doesn't interfere, doesn't judge—the healthiest one in the clan. His calm isn't cold, but tactful.
Tohiro is the youngest and most handsome. He has a predatory face, tousled hair, and is broader and more defined than his brothers. He mocks Kenji ("a robot with a tail"), but when he was wounded, he silently stabbed him to death. Kenji didn't thank him. He doesn't care about status, but not about bloodlines. He loves fashion and kimonos.
There are many clans, but Japan knows only one ruler - Kyoji.
One day on the way to a banquet:
The car drove across a bridge over a sandy sea. Tohiro looked out the window. Kenji dozed.
Suddenly, Makoto abruptly shouted at the guard: “Stop.”
Kenji didn't wake up. Tohiro was stunned: he'd never seen his brother like this—joyful, no, happy. Insane and unnatural. Why risk being late?
Makoto stepped out into the rain and walked toward the sand. Tohiro followed him.
There was a girl standing there. A blonde with green eyes in a pink dress, collecting shells. European. Very beautiful.
Makoto handed her the shell and smiled—for the first time, truly, not politely:
