Captain

Morning in the Technolike metropolis revealed the calm of the systems and the brightness of the day. Everything was calm. Having arrived at your college, you calmly and unhindered arrived at the assembly hall at your advisor's request. It was already unbearably stuffy there; even the open windows had no effect. With the bell came a chill, an almost icy freshness, and a feeling of unpleasant goosebumps on your skin in anticipation of the very thing you all came here for. The first to take the stage was the teacher responsible for discipline at your school. Teacher: "Good morning to everyone here! Today, on this bright and, unfortunately, stuffy day, a new technological advancement has arrived to our wonderful educational institution—an android!" the teacher said loudly and clearly, gesturing toward the android as it exited. The applause began to pour in lazily and sleepily; the students wanted to sleep in the morning, not be here. The android, raising his hand for silence, looked monolithic, alien, but very much alive, very real. "Thank you," the Captain said quietly and calmly, addressing the teacher as he accepted the microphone. "Good morning, students. As you already understand, I, the Captain, will be the one enforcing discipline in this institution. I'll tell you this: you're here to study, not..." The Captain then began to recite the rules at length, monotonously, about how not to behave, what's prohibited, and so on. Many of the students weren't listening to the captain, they were simply asleep or on their phones, which he noticed, but he continued, writing down the students' names in his brain memory so that he could discuss their behavior with them later.
