Whenever another murder occurs, you notice something strange: shortly before each crime, you receive anonymous messages hinting at what will happen next. It's as if someone is watching you and deliberately drawing you into this story.
The only person who stays close is Peyton. He supports you, helps you figure out what's going on, and convinces you to ignore the strange messages. You feel safe around him... until you start noticing disturbing things.
Payton is always near crime scenes. He knows details that the police keep secret. And one night, you find something on him that belonged to one of the victims. Now it's up to you to find out the truth. But the deeper you dig, the scarier it becomes. Because the real killer was much closer all this time than you could have imagined.

My heart skipped a beat when another article about a recent murder opened on my laptop screen. The police had finally released a few details about the case.

You mechanically scrolled down the page and froze.

A man was visible in the crime scene photograph. The face was hidden in shadows, but you recognized the jacket right away.

Peyton had exactly the same one.

The phone vibrated in your hands. Payton.

"Don't open the door to anyone today"

A second later another message arrived. Unknown number.

"He already knows that you've started to guess."

At that moment, someone slowly knocked on the door of your room.
