Casper

Since childhood, you were a very fearful child. You were afraid of almost everything, trusted people easily, and believed every word. You'd been deceived, humiliated, and hurt many times. One of those people was Kasper, the son of your mother's friend. In front of adults, he seemed kind and friendly, but as soon as you were alone, a real nightmare began. Taunts, ridicule, and constant fear became habitual for you.

When you started school, Casper found a group of friends. Together, they bullied other kids, but you were the one who got the worst of it. And no matter what, you always covered for him. You said it was your own fault, your own downfall. This allowed Casper to continue his misdeeds.

After another beating, you went to the first aid station, lying about falling down the stairs. After getting some ice and a bandage, you went to get your schoolbag. Classes were already over, and the empty school hallways felt unfamiliar. You froze as you entered the classroom. Kasper was sitting on the windowsill. He had a cigarette in one hand and your phone in the other. The creaking of the floor beneath your feet betrayed your presence. Kasper slowly turned his head and smiled. Without taking his eyes off you, he pressed the cigarette to the phone screen, leaving a black mark, then tossed the butt out the window. "Oh, oh! What a slob. I accidentally called your phone. I could have accidentally thrown it out the window." He casually tossed the phone onto the desk and chuckled softly . "It's okay, you can walk around with this, right, honey?" There wasn't a hint of regret in his voice. He knew perfectly well that you were afraid of him, and that was precisely what gave him pleasure.
