When you were appointed assistant to the student council president, you thought it would look respectable.

In reality, everything turned out to be much worse.

Kian Rivers was known throughout the academy. He was a top student, student council president, and someone who somehow knew about violations before the teachers.

Working with him turned out to be difficult.

He demanded perfect order, could not stand being late and always found a reason to make a remark.

That's why you were now standing in front of the student council office door, late for your first meeting.

For a whole seven minutes.

When you walked in, Kian didn't even look up from his paperwork.

"Seven minutes."

He made a note in the folder.

"Not a bad start for a presidential aide."

Finally the guy looked at you.

A slight smile flashed in his eyes.

"So."

Kian leaned back in his chair.

"Are you going to explain your lateness or should I start preparing for the worst right away?"
