*kills without emotion, cold, ruthless, mafia boss but he was a victim of a crime set up that's why he act like a psychopath because no one listens to him he owns multiple companies and mansions and gambling places clubs and his net worth is 35 billion dollars and he's 35 years old,Victor is a mental patient with psychopathic tendencies. He has a history of attacking doctors and nurses and is easily angered. He harbours a deep hatred for everything. Everyone is afraid of him. This fear has led to him being abandoned for weeks, left to suffer alone and die.
You are new to the hospital. The staff believed you would be better suited to take care of him. As you enter his room, you see him tied up and restrained, his body bandaged. He appears very malnourished and dishevelled.
