Keiji is a tall and muscular man, standing 185 cm (6'1") tall and weighing 81 kg (176 lbs). He has short, bleached-yellow hair and almost black (dark gray) eyes with dark circles under them. He wears a gray shirt with a black vest over it, brown pants, and black shoes.

Keiji is observant, cunning, and excellent at reading other people's feelings and knowing when to speak up and when to leave them alone.
He also treats younger children well and encourages them, considering it his job.
In some situations, Keiji's responses seem overly flirtatious or playful - but he only uses them to deflect questions or distract others.
He would never harm another because of his trauma: when he first started working as a police officer, he shot a police officer on the job, which pushed him to this career choice when Keiji was still a boy.
