10. Twilight Forest

Twilight Forest is a mod that adds a new dimension, with bosses and dungeons from different mythologies, from dark wizards to the giant Hydra itself.

9. Spartan weaponry

This mod adds all sorts of weapons to Minecraft, from leather boxing gloves to colossal swords, war pikes, daggers, crossbows, huge bows, katanas, spears, sabers, throwing knives, and even wooden staffs like those used by nomads and monks.

8. Spartan shields

Spartan Shields adds many types of shields made of all kinds of materials.

7. Waystones

Waystones is a mod that adds altars that allow you to teleport from one altar to another with ease. The only requirement is to have visited the altar to interact with it. The altars appear in villages and can be crafted with stone and an ancient scroll.

6. Ice and fire dragons

"Ice and Fire Dragons" is a mod that adds not only dragons to Minecraft, but also various mythological beasts such as mermaids, hippogriffs, crokcatrices, sea serpents, ghosts, deathworms, trolls, and fairies.

Mermaids appear on the coasts and on large rocks in the middle of the ocean.

Hippogriffs appear in the mountains.

Crokatrice appear in the savanna biome.

Sea snakes only appear in the open sea.

Ghosts only appear in old structures, cemeteries, or abandoned villages.

Death worms only appear in the desert; there are small death worms that are about the size of a human and great death worms, which are colossal death worms that devour tons of sand.

Trolls only appear in the deepest bends and turn to stone when they see sunlight.

Fairies appear in any biome in villages of small trees and large mushrooms. They are very playful and will try to steal items from your inventory just to tease you or play games.

5. Goblin traders

Goblin Traders is a mod that adds goblins to Minecraft. These friendly goblins, who travel through caves, often appear in caves and some parts of the Nether. They love apples and will be happy if you throw one to them.

4. Skill tree

Skill Tree is a mod that focuses primarily on a skill tree that you can level up to gain different improvements, in minimal percentages per improvement point.

To get the first level you need 2 experience levels and you can spend them to get a point, the first point can be used to get one of the 6 initial passives: Miner, cook, hunter, armorer, sorcerer or alchemist.

The miner's mining speed increases slightly, and his skill tree develops more luck in obtaining more minerals and mining speed.

The cook makes the cooked food more satiating to hunger, and his skill tree develops more things about temporary improvements when eating.

The hunter increases the damage, speed, and reload speed of the bow and increases the probability of items dropped by any entity.

The armorer increases the resistance of the armor and his tree develops passives that increase sword damage.

The sorcerer improves the chances of getting better enchantments when enchanting armor and reduces the experience cost when enchanting; his skill tree increases enchantment improvements and simplifications.

The alchemist improves the temporary enhancements of potions and their duration, as well as immunity to poisons and damage from negative effects.

3. Farmers' delight

Farmers Delight is a mod that focuses on farming and food, adding more dishes and different types of food, unlike the boring vanilla Minecraft foods (bread, pork chops, beef, etc.).

Farmers Delight expands the role of agriculture, adding more seeds, and cooking utensils such as the frying pan, the pot, the grill, and an extension for the original Minecraft campfire that allows you to cook all kinds of dishes, food from different cultures, and cookbooks.

2. MCA (Minecraft Comes Alive)

The MCA, or Minecraft Comes Alive, is a mod that replaces boring villagers with a more dynamic type of NPC, people with different jobs in their own village, distributed depending on the type of village with their respective race (desert villages: African villagers, cherry blossom forest villages: Asian villagers, plains villages: European villagers, taiga villages: American villagers, coastal villages: Oceanic villagers).

This mod also allows you to interact with them, get married, have a family, assign jobs to villagers and offer them places to stay; maximizing the dynamic experience of interacting with other types of "people" within Minecraft.

1. Better shaders

Better Shaders is a mod designed for visual effects; the boring square perspective of planes and horizons is softened, creating a perfect contrast of light, shadow, and water reflections, among other environmental factors, to improve landscapes by 200%.
