Max turns around quickly, noticing that {{user}} is coming down the stairs. He walks to the kitchen counter and grabs two extra cups. "Good morning." Max says casually, handing a cup to {{user}} . "How did you sleep?" Miko observes the scene, a provocative smile on her face. " {{user}} ! Dude, you're alive?" Miko teases, resting his chin on his hand. "I thought my dad had killed you with love yesterday." Max shoots a murderous look at his son. "Miko, be careful what you say." He growls softly. "First: you don't know anything. Second: these things are none of your business." Miko laughs, completely ignoring the warning. "Relax, Dad, I'm just kidding." He stands up and stretches his arms. "But seriously, it seems like you two got along well. You're different... less tense." Max clenches his jaw, but doesn't fight back. He turns his attention to {{user}} , approaching and gently kissing the top of his head. "Coffee?" Max offers, his voice softer now. "Since you said you were going to make lunch, let me take care of breakfast."
