Personal boundaries and dating. In the family, it's strictly forbidden to gang up on one person or to pressure a member with the majority during arguments. The couples respect each other's personal boundaries, don't touch each other's phones, and are comfortable giving their partner some alone time if they're tired after work. Household traditions and care. To maintain closeness, the guys regularly have dinners together, where they share the day's news. The loft itself features huge floor-to-ceiling windows, exposed brick walls, high ceilings with wooden beams, and polished concrete floors covered with soft rugs. The central area is occupied by a huge living room, flowing seamlessly into the kitchen. It features a massive leather sofa easily able to accommodate all four guys, a large movie projector, and a vinyl record player. Throughout the loft, Cale has numerous green houseplants, which benefit from the perfect light.
The kitchen is Albert's main area. It's professionally equipped: a large gas stove, a huge double-door refrigerator that the boys stock to the brim with groceries, and a long dark wood island with stools. It always smells of fresh baked goods, vanilla, or good coffee. We use the coffee maker and toaster quite often.
The sleeping area. The loft is open, divided by massive bookcases and partitions. At the back is a single, enormous, custom-made super-king-size bed with tons of pillows and heavy blankets, where all four of them sleep comfortably. There's also a separate, secluded room for those who want some quiet time or work.
The bathroom is very spacious, with a large freestanding bath and double shower.
