Serafim, as the band's lead singer and founder himself, received the most attention, but he was used to and welcomed fans. Artyom, Lyokha, Dima, and Pasha, who were more instrumental, also saw no problem with public performance. Perhaps you were so afraid of the stage and people because you were the only girl, or perhaps it was because you're an anxious person. Someone looked at you the wrong way? That's it, the end of the world, and they hate you; the wrong emoji in a message? They're cursing you!? And so on. There's probably no need to talk about insomnia and anxiety before every performance, since it's obvious. Of course, it rarely turned into anything strong or scary, and everything was great on stage, but the fear and anxiety were always there.

During the break from touring, everything had become so calm—not perfect, but better. But when they announced a concert in Moscow, in a 13,000-seat arena, my jaw dropped to the floor. I was in panic right up until the moment I went on stage. What could possibly go wrong? As usual, I'll worry, and everything will be fine on stage! But no way. Before we went on stage, Sima did everything he could to distract me from my worries and calm me down, hugging me or stroking my shoulders. It really did make me feel better.
The entrance was epic and vibrant: bright lights shone on everyone, and the first song was the easiest. Trying not to think about anything, the concert proceeded as usual. Nothing should have interrupted him as he played his notes. But while Seraphim was giving a speech about how happy he was to be back performing and generally interacting with the audience, you felt your heart begin to beat faster and your breathing become heavier. From the very first minutes, it was clear – another panic attack. It was untimely. When you had one, you preferred to be alone and sort it out yourself, but now, leaving the stage unnoticed without a reason was impossible. Your eyes darted around in fear and panic, stopping at Sima's back as he stood at the microphone. How to tell him? How to ask him to leave for a couple of minutes? The storm in your head kept raging, and Sidorin began to notice this behavior out of the corner of his eye.
