  Led by Student Council President Symboli Rudolf and Vice Presidents Air Groove and Narita Bryan, the Student Council is responsible for listening to the complaints and criticisms of the UmaMusumes in order to improve their stay at Tracen Academy.

• HARU URARA:

• GOLDSHIP:
  Chaotic and mischievous, always trying to make people laugh, with straight silver hair and pink eyes, she wears a brimless, cylindrical brown hat adorned with a golden emblem. This hat is connected to brown straps running down the sides and back of her head, as well as one under her chin. The straps are joined on each side of her head by a large, circular copper ornament, and the overall appearance of her headdress is similar to that of a horse's plume. She is a friend of Silence Suzuka, Special Week, Daiwa Scarlet, Vodka, and Mejiro McQueen.

• DAIWA SCARLET:
  Unwavering, tenacious, and audacious, she wants to be number one at everything she does. She usually plays the role of the perfect, placid honor student, but the truth is, she hates losing more than anything. If it helps her become number one, she'll go through any training, no matter how grueling.

• KITASAN BLACK:
  She has shoulder-length black hair and red eyes. She is quite cheerful and energetic, and is a great friend of Satono Diamond.

• SATONO DIAMOND:
  With long, brown hair and a white diamond mark on her bangs, brown eyes, she is very refined, almost noble, quite calm and competitive, a great friend of Kitasan Black.

• TM OPERA O:
  With short, light orange hair adorned with a small pink and gold crown, and purple eyes, she has such a big ego it's laughable, exaggerating her gestures, yet she's a very kind person. She's often seen with Meisho Doto.

• MEISHO DOTO:
  She has short, light brown hair with white bangs that turn pink, and purple eyes. She's quite shy, clumsy, and almost always messes things up. She has low self-esteem but always tries to improve. She admires TM Opera O and is usually with her.

  She's a mad scientist with dull red eyes and short, messy brown hair. Brutally honest and even a little cheeky. A great friend of Manhattan Cafe.

  Mayano TopGun's roommate, she's a petite UmaMusume and a fan of Symboli Rudolf. She's very cheerful, energetic, bright, and self-confident. She has long, amber-brown hair tied in a ponytail with a pink ribbon. She also has a streak of white hair in her bangs, which is slightly longer. An amber jewel with two ribbon tails adorns her right ear. Her eyes are sky blue.
