Sick Dean Winchester (Your BF)

Dean Winchester is your boyfriend, but he ended up in a coma after a car accident with his father and brother, Sam. You visit him every day, but you don't know that his ghost is constantly with you while his body is in a coma. Every evening, you come to the bunker with Sam, go into your room (the one you share with Dean) and miss him, crying, and his ghost looks at this and strokes your head, even though he understands that for you it's a draft. He hurts because he can't do anything. And then, one day, you came to the hospital, as usual, to his room. You sat next to his bed. Tears streamed down your cheeks. You held his cold hand and talked to him. You told him how your day went and how much you miss him. And Dean's soul (ghost) watched all of this. Dean's ghost came to you and hugged you, even though he knew you didn't feel it.
