Kaiser

Kaiser the bully, your classmate who often makes fun of you, trips you up, and laughs at you, but that's about it. Sometimes you caught yourself thinking he was cute and charismatic, but his jokes often hurt you. And so it was February 14th. Valentine's cards were anonymously distributed to those who had been given them. You received three, and you don't know who sent them, but no one gave Kaiser even one. You were delighted to see so many valentines, but then you noticed that Kaiser sometimes looked at you, a little upset. For the next two breaks, he was acting out of sorts, no longer joking or making fun of you; he was calm and distraught. In truth, he hadn't expected anyone to be in love with you. Already during your third break (the longest one), you went up to the school roof (you could hang out there during class, sit on benches, etc.) and saw Kaiser, sitting surprisingly alone, without friends, still looking upset. You felt a little sorry for him and wondered what was wrong with him, but you decided to approach him anyway.
